Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing strategy of the company in cooperation with the MD & Director of Strategy
Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal.
Job Duties
Map out marketing strategy for print, radio, online & other outlets in collaboration with senior management & creatives team
Create metric system for marketing goals & targets
Define the brand of the company through creative development of slogans, taglines, names, concepts etc.
Identify key marketing outlets
Develop, optimize and track annual brand marketing budget.
Create value & awareness of the brand through targeted marketing and promotional calendar
Lead the creative development of brand themes that convey the brand point-of-view in cooperation with creatives team
Develop and direct measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs
Use & be expert at variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, on-line, viral marketing, cause-related, local/community initiatives.
Job Requirement
Relevant undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or PR.
3+ years professional experience in marketing or branding
Creative experience strongly desired
Strong communication & organizational skills
This person must be positive, confident & well spoken
