The Admin officer will be responsible to assist in the project assigned to; prepare budget of the project and makes sure that budget is available on time and is utilized. The position holder will be responsible for the timely report submission; and process of all payments and verify completeness of documentation in relation to policies & internal control. The officer is expected to prepare monthly payment of staff salaries; and will be responsible for coding to proper account. As part of the assignment the officer is expected to provide effective financial & administrative support to all programs the project that are carried out in the office. The administrative supports include, providing assistance for human resource and administration management of the operation.
Job Requirement
To be considered for the post applicants should have first Degree in /Management/Accounting or related field from a recognized University minimum 5 years working experience in the area of Finance and Administration. and operations. Should have the ability to work independently and take personal initiative; and have excellent written and spoken English language, skills of strong supervisory management and excellent interpersonal skills.
