Main Purpose:
The overall purpose of the position is to ensure the proper delivery of DOT programs and Curriculum development for projects. The responsibility includes building the capacity of the program team in DOT programs/Trainings, closely monitoring the delivery of the modules by the program team and work to improve the delivery process, review of the existing modules and manuals and develop new curriculum for the community, Interns, partners and staff capacity building programs.
Core responsibilities
Program Delivery, Curriculum Development and Implementation
· Organize and Deliver capacity Building programs and systems at regional or community level like TOT on DOT programs for the regional and middle management team
· Deliver trainings and strengthen the capacity of the program team to deliver ReachUp, StartUp, IPD week training, WorkUp and other coming Digital Opportunity Trust programs using Digital Opportunity Trust learning philosophy and adult learning principles.
· Deliver skill development workshops (career development, coaching, facilitation skills and exit workshops)
· Monitor and evaluate the training program delivery per the standard in every region
· Evaluate the training modules and manuals: identify gaps; suggest new approaches and learning objectives and contents based on the findings; and participate in the revision and/or in the development of new modules
· Coordinate partners’ capacity assessment, designing or customizing training module; and Reviews capacity building program and training effectiveness assessment.
· Coordinate the training need assessment when and as a need arise and customize training modules as per specific needs of customers.
· Work on curriculum design, review and research for ensuring the development and maintenance of the highest quality modules for interns and its clients/partners
· Review and give feedback on new curriculum designs to Global Learning Team
· Support the program team in Setting up training infrastructure and logistics such as online and face-to-face classroom training that takes place as an intensive experience at the beginning of the internship and then continues over the course of the year to support intern learning in the field,
· Ensure daily debriefs are occurred on each program delivery sessions
· Collaborate with other country learning team members to seek out and design innovative work.
· BA/MA in Curriculum and Instruction, Adult Education and related discipline with 5 years of experience in Learning and Curriculum Development
· Excellent in Curriculum Development and learning practice.
· Significant experience in reviewing, designing and developing new curriculum
· Ability to work independently and shoulder delegated authority
· Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders including staffs
· Both verbal and written fluency in English
· Competent in using computers
