The International Rescue Committee now invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for feasibility study to use Small Scale Surface or Dam Water for Domestic Water Supply. The consultant is also expected to produce preliminary designs for proposed water supply scheme and its components starting from small scale water treatment facility to water supply lines up to storage reservoirs.
The small scale surface water dam is located at near My’tsebri town, Tselemti Woreda, North West Tigray ZONE, TIGRAY REGIONAL
The Consultant must have legal license in water resource development consultancy and have at least five years experience in the field. Required team composition is detailed in the TOR
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information regarding the bid document from the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Head Office Addis Ababa and Or IRC Shire Field Office, Shire Endeselase.
A complete set of bidding document can be collected for non-refundable ETB100.00 by any interested eligible bidder from the International Rescue Committee Head Office Addis Ababa and or IRC Shire Field Office during working hour from September 4 to 18, 2015.
One copy of the Technical and Financial proposal as well as a bid security in the form of a CPO for 1% (One Percent) of the total BID amount including VAT should be submitted in a sealed covered envelope at the head office or the respective field offices of the International Rescue Committee by 10:00 AM on September 24, 2015.
All bids should include the aforementioned Tender Documents and be accompanied by a company profile or CV, past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the IRC office at Addis Ababa, address above, who choose to attend at 10:30 AM on September 24, 2015.
The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
