Able to design and implement marketing and promotional strategies, including grass roots mechanisms.
Able to conduct market surveys and research.
Ability to write grant proposals
Ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report the department plan and achievement.
Ability to identify target customers, prepare proposals, manage relationships and sales pipelines, build sales and marketing tools and systems, develop contracts and close sales.
Able to monitor and evaluate metrics related to marketing and promotional activities.
Capable of implementing social media, web and other strategies for promotional strategies.
Capable of ensuring brand consistency in the organization.
Able to analyze competitors and market trends and work with management to design overall strategies.
Able to lead a sales team, as needed

Five(5) years or more work experience.
