HBSC is looking for a Competent HR Manager who will handle all aspects of Human Resource functions from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Employee Relations, etc. The HR Manager will also work with leaders to enhance Employee Retention, help foster a nurturing environment and establish best practices!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Employee Relations - Will work with Management and Staff to set clear expectations and will work with employees to nurture growth and foster a positive work environment. Also responsible for coaching, counselling, Performance Improvement Plans, investigations, and terminations if necessary.
Ø Full-cycle Recruiting - Incorporate creative sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates for the growing organization. Utilize effective interview techniques, and reference checking in order to hire ideal employees who want to advance and grow with the company in the proper timelines.
Ø Organization Development / Strategic Leadership - Partner with Management Team to create business/HR solutions and innovation related to conducting policy & system development; restructuring ,job analysis & staffing; managing talent management; etc
Ø Compliance - Maintain compliance in all areas of HR, in accordance with government laws. Create effective systems and processes. Review and advice recommendations to establish policies, procedures, handbooks, etc.
Ø Benefits - Experience with full benefits administration including open enrolment, etc. Knowledge and experience administering GPA, Medical, Compensation, Pension scheme. Canteen service, Vehicles/ Transport allowances etc.
Ø Administrative Support - Responsible for keeping employee files, updating and running various reports, coordinate meetings, travel, etc..
Ø BA in Management, Public Administration, HRM or relevant fields. Masters Degree is preferable.
Ø 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, handling all functions. Prefer 2-3+ years of Management experience as well.
Ø Manufacturing Experience is Advantageous.
Ø Strong computer and software skills - specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ø High attention to detail, good communication skill in English both written and oral level.
Ø Professional appearance, upbeat attitude, high level of integrity and teamwork.
