Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand marketing and advertising activities to achieve the agreed sales, market share and growth objectives. You will conceive and manage NPD initiatives in line with the brand plans. Responsible for tracking market trends and developing consumer insights to be fed into the business planning process
Job Requirement
With a Degree and at least 8 years of Marketing experience in the FMCG sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in developing and managing successful consumer brands. A strong understanding of the local media and advertising industry is a must. A creative, “out of the box” thinker, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
