Working in 50 developing countries across Asia, Africa and the Americas, Plan aims to reach as many children as possible, particularly those who are excluded or marginalized with high quality programs that deliver long lasting benefits by increasing its income, working in partnership with others and operating effectively.
This post supports the People and Culture Department in ensuring that competent and committed workforce from internal and external sources are recruited and hired to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Furthermore, the post holder is responsible for proper administration of staff salaries and benefits based on existing systems and processesDimensions of Role:
