The Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the respective divisional General Manager will be responsible to plan, organize and coordinate the overall sales and distribution functions of the territory that he/she is assigned to. Participate in setting sales targets and proposes the formulation of possible functional strategy to achieve them.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• At least BA Degree in Marketing, Management/Business Administration or related fields;
• 6+ years of progressive relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing settings OR equivalent, and supervisory/managerial experience is a plus;
• Excellent communication & report writing skills, and proficiency in Amharic, in the regional language, and English is necessary;
• Driving license
