Essential Functions
Based on the company’s overall strategy, prepares Marketing strategic plan and upon approval executes the same
Co-ordinates activities of the sales personnel supervise and control their duties.
Conducts consistent Market follow-up takes measures and reports to his supervisor for things beyond his scope.
Periodically Visits company customers, updates about New products, takes feed-back on the already supplied ones and acts accordingly
Introduces existing and New products of the company to the different Market segments
Based on reliable market study/Research and upon information from relevant departments of the company, proposes the launch of a new product and opening of sales outlets for the distribution thereof
Ensures that sales personnel are performing their duties by strictly adhering to the company’s business principles
Arranges contacts with Manufacturing enterprises, construction companies factories and others and proposes for mutual business co-operation
Participates in exhibitions and trade fairs in view of promoting company exclusive products
Keeps track of competitors and based on the obtained information prepares short and long-term plans
Submits weekly and monthly sales & Marketing reports to his immediate supervisor
Performs other related activities upon the instruction of his supervisor
Job Requirement
Qualification:-
MA/BA degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or any related field of study
Experience:-
6 years for MA, and 8 years for BA degree in import, Export, distribution and tender activities, and out of this 3 years in Managerial Positions in dynamic organization

Computer literate
Good Command of oral and written communication both in English and Amharic
