Under the supervision of General Service Head, the Receptionist attends to visitors and deals with inquiries on the phone and face to face, supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Attend visitors and direct them to the intended destination;
· Answer and/or direct calls;
· Receive and sort mails and deliveries;
· Monitor visitors movements, access and maintain security awareness;
· Schedule appointments and remind the concerned organs;
· Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically;
· Organize conference and meeting room bookings;
· Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering;
· Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor;
Job Requirement
· Diploma in Secretarial Science or Management or any related fields;
