The intended Senior Program monitoring and evaluation Manager is expected to have a Master's degree in any relevant Social Science field, has a minimum of 8 years’ work experience in development work of which at least three years is expected to be in a senior position with a Supervisory role of program team. Moreover, the applicant is expected to have practical program development, monitoring and evaluation work experience and relevant training on same, and work experience in INGO setting is mandatory. Strong computer, data analysis and reporting skills are required. Fluency in spoken English and excellent writing skill is also required. |
