GOAL has been working in Ethiopia since 1984 implementing a range of multi-sectoral development, resiliency and humanitarian responses. GOAL Ethiopia is currently working with street children, pastoralists and rural small holders and responds to humanitarian crises in Ethiopia by working closely with local communities, local government and other key actors with a strong emphasis on resiliency, preparedness and longer term impacts. GOAL Ethiopia's major funders are USAID, OFDA, ECHO, BPRM, Irish Aid and UNOCHA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
GOAL Ethiopia is looking for a competent, motivated and experienced individual who will have a support/capacity building role that includes liaising with GOAL’s support departments – Human Resources, Logistics, and Finance, as well as technical teams such as WASH, livelihoods, and health/nutrition to join Head Office, Humanitarian Response team and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. You will be joining the organisation at a moving time of growth and change and you’ll be instrumental in providing support in the delivery of the Program to the organisation and its employees.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be experienced Humanitarian Response Programme (HRP) Advisor, who will work closely with and provide support to the HRP Manager, who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HRP. The HRP Advisor will focus on proposal development and reporting, comprehensive activity planning, donor liaison, partnership development, monitoring programme quality, with a particular focus on accountability and integration of key cross-cutting issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Budgeting/financial management experience.

Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary – Negotiable.
Transportation Allowance - 10% of monthly salary.
Taxi fare - 300 birr taxi fare.
Pension- (11% from employer and 7% from employee).
Medical Allowance - Birr 6500/annum (will be added in your monthly salary).
