Safety Healthy and Environment(SHE) managers, do exactly what that says. They make companies safer and better by analyzing the workplace rules, safety regulations and other things. This service is growing and there is a demand for it and the pay is growing, this can pay up to 70 thousand birr. There is only one university that provides the degree for it (Gondar University) but you can get a job as a SHE manager if you have a background in industrial engineering.
