Africa is suffering a brain drain and the big four countries – Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia – are the hardest hit.
Almost 30% of professionals leave Africa for greener pastures each year.
This drain takes place mostly in senior management professions such as medicine, engineering, technical and agriculture.
African countries are battling to find ways of retain their talent whilst also promoting intra-Africa development.

This is right including me are abroad. I think, brain drain might continue until we recognized our country suffers of this BD. I hope one day economical pull would be vice-versa. healing point could be strength of currency of each county which other side are proud…. but which country do you think that can come out of these all world factors affecting BD and change situation? one day, with fast evolution actually!! cheers,
