CBM is an international Christian development organisation, committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the poorest countries of the world. CBM’s vision is: “an inclusive world in which all persons with disabilities enjoy their human rights and achieve their full potential”. CBM Australia has been partnering with CURE Ethiopia Children’s Hospital in implementing a national clubfoot project with funding from the Australian Government (ANCP) since 2012. This is the first phase of the project, which will end in 2016. The total actual (2012-15) and anticipated (2016) budget of the project over 5 years is approximately ETB 7,863,116.
Location: The project office is at CURE Ethiopia Children’s Hospital in Addis Ababa and the project is implemented in Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Tigray, Amhara, Oromiya, Benishangul-Gumuz, Somali Region, Harari Region and Southern Nations, Nationalities and People’s Region (SNNPR) (see Appendix 2 for list of all locations).
