Brundo International P.L.C. is a company that prepares and exports organic herbs, spices, legumes and exotic blends essential for the preparation of gourmet Ethiopian food. We have delighted the palettes of Bay area residents (San Francisco) since 1991 via our sister restaurant Café Colucci.
Ethiopian food is unique, secretive, healing and deliciously good for you. We prepare our spices from shade grown, organic herbs and spices, sun dried and carefully blended using century old traditions.
Brundo provides the most authentic spices and herbs as well as prepared food such as seasoned clarified butter, dried injera and meats. We have also carefully compiled various recipes.
