EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or Business Administration is required.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in a Hotel Group Sales Management, Event & Meeting Planning & Organizing and a comprehensive understanding of Banquet Operations. Minimum of four years experience in supervisory or managerial position in Sales & Marketing related work is required.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Excellent working knowledge of English language and A grade in English in Ethiopian School Leaving Certificate Examination (ESLCE) required. Other languages ability will be advantageous.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: 2nd grade driving license is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain & demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Professional manner and immaculate personal presentation are essential for the role.
Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office Environment and Opera
Excellent knowledge of the products and services provided by the hotel, guest contact skills work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments

Must possess a good level of creativity
