Summary Scope of Work:
The Executive Assistant will help manage the administrative, financial and logistical details in the Country Director’s Office. This includes coordinating information and workflow, updating and following up on delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines, keeping programs on schedule, scheduling meetings and maintaining procedures to ensure consistent performance of routine functions.
