Summary of Duties
Under the Supervision of the General Manager of the Company, the candidate shall be responsible for the overall management of the General Manager’s Office. The tasks shall include handling routine minor administrative duties to relieve the General Manager of routine tasks; undertakes filing activities, receives in-coming messages (in all forms) and communicates it urgently; manages out-going messages (in any form) and confirms that they reach their destinations; keeps appointments, handles guests, performs the day-to-day routine activities of managing the General Manager’s Office; handles various letters, memos, forms, reports and related documents.

Job Requirement
BA Degree in Management/Secretarial and Office Management or related fields with at least 10 years experience out of which 3 years in the position. The candidate should be active and dynamic with very good communication skills both orally and in writing.
