We are recruiting to fill the position:

Reporting to: Manager, Trading Operations
Duty Station: Head Office-Addis Ababa
Job Grade: L5
JOB PURPOSE
Reconciles all un-reconciled orders at the end of each trading session. Is responsible for trade order management; assists the Specialist TRO to make sure all orders are executed in an efficient and timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Gives support in all trading floor matters to ensure all orders are executed in an efficient and timely manner,
· Ensures all un-reconciled trades are properly reconciled;
· Reconciles all un-reconciled orders at the end of each trading session;
· Approves all reconciled orders at the end of the trading day;
· Ensures each trading session has started and ended on time;
· Ensures that all information on order tickets is captured correctly, price is disseminated in a timely manner, operational audit trail is mapped out correctly and all procedures are followed;
· Approves all corrected error trades and ensures compliance requirement are met;
· Manages the recording of the trade;
· Ensures that the bids and offers are properly announced in the market;
· Manages the flow and execution of trade orders;
· Ensures that all trade prices are captured correctly;
· Assists in listening to and solving traders’ issues;
· Ensures price is disseminated in a timely and accurate manner;
· Assists the Specialist in managing the trading sessions and ensures compliance to the Rules;
· Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
· BA Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Management, Economics or related field and 2 years of experience in reconciliation and account management.
