Pagumen Tour and Travel Share Company is established in September 2016 (2009 GC) with a total capital of 4 million USD, by innovative entrepreneurs who want to transform the Ethiopian tourism industry. Pagumen is working to be registered by Ethiopian investment agency and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as GRADE ONE (PREMIUM) tour and Travel Company in Ethiopia. With more than 40 staff members (to be deployed soon) and >20 new Vehicles of various types and ranges, Pagumen is going to be one of the largest tour and travel operation business and aspiring to be a leader in the Ethiopian tourism industry. Pagumen is young but under establishment to be state of the art and world standard company. Its aim is to satisfy customers by providing high standard service with more value for money. It intends to provide unique products rooted from the tradition of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church.
Job Summary:
The general manager will be responsible for the establishment, growth and the overall management of the company. These include developing work plans, communicating with Board Members, ensuring planned activities are executed with quality and professional standards. Moreover reporting to the board of directors, s/he provides leadership, guidance and management support in the establishment and effective operation of business development.
