JOB SUMMARY
The Management Accounting (Cost and Budget) Division Head is responsible for overseeing the coding of cost accounts, accumulating, allocating, and determining total and unit production costs; preparing a statement of cost of goods sold, cost of goods manufactured and related supporting schedules, and other internal reports for the purpose of top management decision making.
She/he is also responsible for compiling and consolidating the annual budget requests of the company’s work units, preparation of Master and Flexible Budgets, preparation of variance reports, capital budgeting of alternative investment areas, etc.
This Managerial level position is a key position within the finance team of the company and will report directly to the Finance Manager.
