The Technical Assistance to Support Capacity Development in PSNP4 (TASC) is a Consultancy that is funded by the Multi-Donor Trust Fund through the World Bank to support the implementation of the fourth phase of the Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP4). PSNP4 is a program of the Government of Ethiopia (GoE) to enhance participation in improved rural safety net, livelihood and nutrition services by food insecure female/male headed households. A regional team of two Ethiopian Regional Capacity Development Specialists (RCDS) and a Regional Finance and Administration Officer will lead and support capacity development activities in each of the six regions of Afar, Somali, Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR and Tigray.
The position will involve working in a self-directed manner, as well as part of a team including National and International staff within a participatory and iterative consultancy framework. Contracts will be awarded for a one year term, with possibility for extension based on performance.
