ROLE PURPOSE:
As part of the award department, the position holder is responsible for oversight of all operational aspects of partnership management across the country office portfolio. In particular, the position holder is responsible for overseeing partners’ selection and development, capacity assessment and building of partners and units working with partners, development and roll of partnership processes and guidelines to relevant stakeholders and lead Save the Children’s representation and visibility in external forums as relevant. As part of the operation improvement project, the role will also have oversight and leadership on change projects on partnership, manage and hold projects on partnership and civil societies strengthening.
All in all, the position holders plays coordination and facilitation roles across finance, programs, awards and other key functions to ensure implementation of Save the Children’s internal policies and standards on partnership management
