ZOA Relief Hope Recovery (ZOA) has been working with displaced persons in Ethiopia since 1993. ZOA Ethiopia works with internally displaced people, host populations, returnees, and a large population of refugees undertaking activities in the sectors of livelihoods development, food security, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), education, and environmental protection. Purpose: How does this post support ZOA’s strategy and mission? | Working under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Finance & Administration Coordinator will be responsible for supporting program’s overall finance & administration functions. The post holder is responsible for the overall Finance Management specific to the regions he/she is assigned to meet all ZOA financial procedural issues, legal compliance and all donor requirements with strong professional support to the Program Manager and as well for efficient program implementation including human resources management, project asset and inventory management, transportation and vehicles management, management of national & international visitors’ logistics, relationship building with project goods and services vendors, and general office administration. |
Dimensions of Role:
The post holder is responsible to procedural compliance of budgets across the region with diverse geographic area and implementation modalities which needs wise financial management knowledge and sense of cooperativeness.
