Plan, organize and coordinate the overall human resources and administrative functions of the organization;
Develop, update and ensure the implementation of the organization’s administrative policies, systems, and procedures;
Ensure the existence and implementation of human resources policies; reformulate, adapt and ensure application of administrative procedures to fulfill the requirements established by the Ethiopian government.
Ensure that organization’s activity on the area of HR and administration follows the organization values, principles and procedures;
Facilitate all the recruitment process in the organization
Supervises Administration staff including logistics at nursery, different sites and store;
Ensure efficient vehicle management system;
Ensures that annual physical counts and inventories are carried out in all sites;
Ensure that annual performance appraisal of staff in the organization is being carried out;
Develop compensation and benefit packages;
Resolve human resource problems such as work related disputes & conflict with higher management supervision;
Suggest policies to recruit and retain employees.
Job Requirement
BA Degree in Management Public Administration or related field of studies.
5 years’ experience in related filed.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of varying background
Must be able to make fair, unbiased decisions and stay level-headed in difficult situations;
Must also be able to quickly think a problem through and find solutions;
Good personnel management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at many different levels of responsibility.
Analytical and strategic planning skills and ability to handle multiple priorities;
Ability to perform under pressure and creative in solving problems;
Ability of planning for better future and crisis management;
Ability to work at different sites when applicable;
Willing to go out of town for different administrative duties when required;
