Job Title: Training and Development Manager

Job Summary
The training and development manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses revise and develops employee performance monitoring, measurement and management system, policy and program and property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Education and Experience
· BA Degree in Business Management, and related fields from recognized university
· Five years of experience with training and development programs and Performance management system
· Excellent leadership, planning, time management & prioritizing, organization and decision making skills;
· Demonstrates excellent communication skill (both oral and writing in English and Amharic):
· Computer literate in Word and Excel.
