Program Description
Health regulatory service quality and community satisfaction are very important concepts that the sector must understand if it wants to remain acceptable and grow. By implementing the major regulatory function, the health regulatory sector ensures regular access to quality health and health related products and services that lead to increased community satisfaction on health regulation. However limited evidence regarding community satisfaction obtained from the regulatory sector, the presence of gaps were indicated during the review meeting, public wing meeting, public complaints, free line call, individual suggestion which indicates the existence of community dissatisfaction. Thus the regulatory sector is aimed to conduct this study in collaboration with Ethiopian public health institute (EPHI) at national level to measure the level of community satisfaction, identify determinant factors, and intervene according to the recommendation of the assessment.
To this end, EPHI would like to employ qualified and experienced data entry clerks and analysts who can meet the following job requirements.
Position - Data entry clerk and analyst

Employment type: - Contractual base for one month with possibility of extension
Place of work: -Ethiopian Public Health Institute, Adds Ababa
Before typing data from source documents into a computer, a data entry clerk and analyst should review the paper based documents and identify incomplete, inconsistent or illegible information. He/she may ask for help from the PI or other survey team to determine the correct data to enter and view. Analysts often have to sort and prioritize documents to be entered. To help and identify the data to be entered data entry clerks highlight or mark each document before entering data. In order to meet the objectives of this assignment, the data entry clerk and analyst will need to undertake the following activities:
