Launch and grow the Draft beer of Zebidar Brewery S.Co. to achieve targets set through the creation of a professional, inspired and passionate team of sales people and distributors.
- Implement sales strategies and lead sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Ensure product availability through proper planning, selling and customer/distributor relationships
- Preparing P&L for distributors and direct the them for better performance
- Managing closely the day to day operations of distributors in her/his section
- Propose and implement joint business plans with the customer / distributor to impact volume goals
- Develop strong working and lasting relationships with key customer / distributor
- Timely tracking and reporting any Competitive activity and information
- Executing proved leadership to manage sales team in competitive environment
- Constantly develop personal capability to be fit in the dynamic brewery environment
- Train/coach others in his/her area(s) of expertise to deliver outstanding sales results
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales /marketing / management/ or related.
Experience:
- Minimum three years direct sales of Draft Beer and/or Bottled beer
- At least one year direct experience of managing a sales team
- At least one year direct experience of managing 3rd party distributors and/or distribution networks.
- A solid understanding of the Ethiopian alcohol (Beer) market –competitive space and trends, brands, operations and associated technologies
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and achieve sales plans
- Good understanding of value chains, margins and P&L
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage a sales team todeliver sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members
- Exceptional negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, strong business I.T. usage skills.
- Fluent in Amharic and English, other local languages a plus.
