We hire for attitude and skill as much as passion for our industry. Habesha is looking for a Sales System Support (Duty Station: Mekelle) which is a Grade 7 position per the Company’s job grading.
The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the post holder trains sales team about CMS and Habesha ways of working, He/she is also responsible to support and satisfy his/her customers (CMS users) by exerting maximum effort and also responsible in making the data on CMS to be up-to-date and complete.
The Person:
This role is positioned at professional level and requires an experienced Information Technology Practitioner, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. University level degree in a related field (Information/Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information System….) and/or equivalent work experience. Ideally 2 plus years in a similar role with very good communication and expression ability.
