1. Respect the dignity of beneficiaries, carers and members of the community at all times.
2. Request adequate staff recruitment as of project life & demand.
3. Give clear induction to newly employed staff about the project implementation.
4. Coordinate & lead all project activities in the collaboration of with nutrition Programm manager.
5. Ensure the rental vehicle and drivers are working in project area.
6. Develop an appropriate check list and reporting formats.
7. Facilitate capacity building training for woreda health professionals and Health extension workers
8. Organize internal and external forums tor discussion on project performance.
9. Coaching staff & create smooth working environment in all levels of the project area.
10. Follow the level of malnutrition rate if there is improvement or not.
11. Strengthen the capacity of Concern field staff through training, workshop, and to date feed back.
12. Make sure the allocated food items are delivered to the appropriate beneficiaries.
13. Monitor the effectiveness of emergency response accordingly project goal and objective.
14. Keep up the organization rule and regulation.
15. Produce monthly, quarterly bi-annually and annual reports accordingly internal, External & Donor schedule.
16. Request timely food requirement from area coordination office.
17. Ensure proper and timely utilization of the allocated project budget.
18. Make sure the staff management is under going through organizational rule & regulation.
19. Produce Collaborate with other project managers in sharing information and ideas to ensure the implementation of emergency complement within other programme activities.
20. Timely updating new development of guide line & protocols to project staff.
21. Generate ideas to strengthen the development of Emergency project.
22. Ensure that HIV/AIDS and Gender are mainstreaming in all levels of project interaction.
23. Perform other duties appropriate to position and assigned by programme coordinator.
24. Uphold the image and values of Concern at all times.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Masters degree with min. 3 years relevant experience
Bachelors degree with min. 6 years relevant experience.
Min 3 years NGO Experience
Computer Literate
Fluent spoken & written English, with preferable local language skill
Report writing ability
Good management and communication skills
Good administrative experience and capacity
Local language is preferable
