Terms of Reference for the recruitment of a consultant for interactive team building and entertainment activities during Growth through Nutrition’s Annual Review and Planning Workshop
Background
Save the Children believes every child deserves a future. In Ethiopia and around the world, we give children a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn, and protection from harm. We do whatever it takes for children – every day and in times of crisis – transforming their lives and the future we share.
Save the Children leads the implementation of the Growth through Nutrition project, USAID’s flagship five-year multi-sectoral nutrition and Water and Sanitation (WASH) project which aims to improve the nutritional status of women and children focusing on the first 1,000 days, from the onset of pregnancy through a child’s second birthday – a critical period in child development.
Growth through Nutrition would like to conduct an Annual Review and Planning Workshop to coordinate and plan its upcoming activities with its staff. The workshop is an important event where all Growth through Nutrition national, regional, and zonal teams converge and review performance as well as develop plans for the next implementation year. A total of 152 staff will be expected to participate in the workshop. As this is the first year of the project, the consultancy service will be expected to implement capacity building activities as well as create a group spirit among the Growth through Nutrition team.
