. Translate documents as assigned
. Edit and proofread materials as needed
. Provide 2 way interpretation services to colleagues to relay training and work instructions, communications and any questions that may arise
. Understand and live by the Company’s core values
. Take accountability for growing and continuously improving oneself
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Business or Manufacturing related disciplines
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, Factory experience is a plus
Language skills: Written and spoken English and Amharic a must, local dialects a plus
Functional Requirements:
· Good command of written and spoken English and Amharic
· Has the drive to meet or exceed a standard of excellence on an ongoing basis
· Has the drive to systematically seek out information about things and issues to resolve problems
