We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously and it is our ultimate goal to have a positive impact in the society we are operating in. As a result of that, we launched our Water of life projects in Ethiopia with our NGO partners on 2009. We worked with AMREF to bring water and sanitation facilities to the 56,000 residents of Kechene area and benefiting 20,000 people in South-eastern Ethiopia in collaboration with USAID and Care international. We also supported the implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene promotion (WASH) in two districts (known locally as woredas) in Hadiya Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region (SNNPR), Ethiopia, that benefited 44,154 people to gain access to safe water and 66,680 with sanitation (including school users) which is implemented by Water Aid. Furthermore, we also invested on a project that provides clean water to 2,000 households in Sebeta through a borehole that the community is independently managing.

Top Accountabilities
Implementation of One plan & ad hoc activities for Beers , non-alcoholic drinks & Innovations brands .
Manage BTL agencies , Promoters to execute plans of all BTL /Though the Line (TTL) activities
Recruitment/Management /Briefing of Promoters.
Ensure key controls are respected during ground execution
Identify tactical opportunities to grow sales in their regions working with FSM/TM/RE/DM and do recommendations via Sales Activity Proposal (SAP)
Ensure field teams , KD’s and their Staffs are aware of planned activities liaising with field team
Ensure Field team has all necessary tools to execute boldly
Execute all projects assigned to their respective regions on or under agreed budget, on time and compliant with DMC.
Gather market data/intelligence on competitor activity with clear recommendation and impact on existing plans working to help on strategy building
Provide weekly update on activities performance with insights and recommendation
Provide Full report of activities after completion to inform the full M&E
Drive brand passion among field teams, promoters and partners staff in collaboration with Marketing
Champion Project cold implementation in the region liaising with field team
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in marketing / business related field
Strong leadership potential as demonstrated by involvement in school/university
2+ years’ of working experience preferably in sales/CM.
Computer literacy (Microsoft environment)
