Diploma in Food Preparation, with a Minimum of 4 years’ experience preferably in 4 or 5 star Hotels out of which 2 years’ experience as chief steward/steward supervisor is desirable Grade 12 complete with 1 year relevant experience in a well reputed hotel with hands-on exposure on Cleaning Chemicals.
