Education
· BSc in BIS/ Information technology, Technology support or relevant field + or university working and thinking level (managerial, logistical, technical or similar)
Experience,
· A minimum of 10years’ experience in technology support related position and providing solutions based on customer needs in complex and rapidly changing environments
· Smart card ticketing systems, Transport System projects (Bus or Metro) is a plus.
Professional Knowledge and Expertise
· Device maintenance and tech support
· Understanding of different databases advance technology is a plus
· Excellent organizational skills
Competencies:
· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
· Good attention to details and accuracy in technology service delivery
· Mental and physical stability to meet up with day-to-day business demands and responsibilities
