We worked with AMREF to bring water and sanitation facilities to the 56,000 residents of Kechene area and benefiting 20,000 people in South-eastern Ethiopia in collaboration with USAID and Care international. We also supported the implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene promotion (WASH) in two districts (known locally as woredas) in Hadiya Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region (SNNPR), Ethiopia, that benefited 44,154 people to gain access to safe water and 66,680 with sanitation (including school users) which is implemented by Water Aid. Furthermore, we also invested on a project that provides clean water to 2,000 households in Sebeta through a borehole that the community is independently managing.

Purpose of Role Ensure that all Diageo Meta employees are provided with a work-enabling environment following set Procedures and Policies while maintaining high standards. Management role providing services that enable the smooth running of the Facilities Department. .Overseeing all facility staff and auxiliary contractors.
Top Accountabilities
Provide line management to the Front Desk Administrators and 3rd party service providers.
Create controls for managing all facility related expenses and ensure that budget is not exceeded.
Supervise the service providers, ensuring that performance is in line with the agreed contracts.
Streamline and update facility procedures
Efficient handling of all travel bookings for Diageo employees in a way that creates value for the business.
Manage end to end IA requirements in terms of Work Permits and housing
Arrangement and proper documentation of all hotel bookings and accommodation of employees and visitors in line with facility policies.
Coordination of pool vehicles and other employee transport.
Manage Utility payments for all sites
Manage Telephone allocations and allowance overspend deductions
Manage 3rd party headcount request and 3rd party payments
Ensure POs, purchases and payments are processed in a timely manner
Management of Canteen Service to ensure improvement of Customer Satisfaction rating.
Provide logistics and administration for meetings and workshops
Ensure availability and controlled use of all necessary office equipment, stationary and panty supplies at all sites.
Ensure that all offices are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Monitor and track the scheduled cleaning and maintenance of all areas at both sites
Oversee Landscaping and office management
Ensure there is enough stocks of supplies at all sites at all times.
Ensure that work is performed in an efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner and ensure compliance with H&S and CC&E
Coordinates, leads and monitors all the work and employees in the Perishable goods and stationery materials based on the instruction from the line manager
Makes sure all perishable goods and stationery materials that are received by the store are of the appropriate type and amount and prepares the document accordingly
Receives purchased goods by comparing with the purchase document and prepares the necessary documentation
Receives any old or damaged perishable goods and stationary materials from different departments directly or indirectly; if there is any difference, he/she will notify their line manager
Opens a bin card and register all the perishable goods and stationary materials
Receives perishable goods and stationary materials and stocks properly
Prepares stock card for each and every perishable goods and stationary materials and makes sure there is a balance between the items he/she receives and the items that go out. He/she notifies the line manager if there is any difference.
Hands over requested materials after checking all the necessary requisition and approval processes are followed.
Keeps the warehouse clean, tidy and organized at all times.
Provides monthly, quarterly and annual reports to his/her line manager on the overall operations of the warehouse.
Conducts daily job in line with environmental regulations and by following quality procedures.
Submits SAP requests for HR function.
Supports the asset disposal committee.
Job Requirement
Diploma in Office Administration
Good Bachelors Degree is an added advantage
2 years minimum in Office Administration experience with some focus on facilities management.
