Main Responsibilities
The Senior HC Officer is responsible for the human Capital management activities including human resources planning, recruitment & selection, timesheet and employees benefit administration, handling HC correspondences, processing employee's’ termination, maintaining HR documentation, providing information to & guiding staff in relation to elements of the HC Policy, work towards the proper implementation of the HC Policy, follows up employees performance periodically
