Under direct supervision and directives of the VCOO/COO, plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the overall Construction activities of all companies under ABIG. Monitor and control Materials utilization, Labor work, Overhead cost. Develop Building Drawings, standards, annual budgets; and periodic reports on operating costs (purchasing or sub-contracting) and controlling overall building, amendment, maintenance and other procedures. Follow up the overall Construction projects and make sure each sister company operation under ABIG is running smoothly and efficiently within the time frame.
MAJOR/CORE ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB
Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the overall Construction activities of all companies under ABIG
Monitor the movement of each sector on daily basis and report the performance weekly and monthly for top management input.
Control the overall activities of all construction projects across all companies of ABIG and make sure the operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Develop Building Drawings, standards, and periodic reports on operating costs (purchasing or sub-contracting) and controlling overall building, amendment.
Follow up the overall Construction projects and make sure each sister company operation under ABIG is running smoothly and efficiently within the time frame.
Prepare execute work (Take off) based on the actual work against the approved BOQ and compare the Balance
Establish drawing and Plan and then control the site work flow day to day.
Track construction performance versus forecast/budget on a Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly basis.
Direct construction-related risk management training, such as safety and accident prevention programs and develop manuals to keep employees informed about their work security.
Perform other related activities like Well drilling and Building maintenance.
Create/update construction policy and procedures, to include project assignment, accident-reporting process, and other procedures.
Perform and lead routine activities of all like Setting out/Survey of the site, Excavation work, Concrete work (Sub and Super structure), Form work (Sub and Super structure), Reinforcement Bar checking (Sub and Super structure), Masonry work, Block work, Roof work, Checking of Electrical and Sanitary works and all other finishing work of the building.
Check and prepare payment certificate for the sub-contractor as required
Monitor and control Materials utilization, Labor work and Overhead cost.
Aware fleet safety procedures, determine changeability of all accidents, and execute company policy when action is required.
Prepare construction expense and capital budgets, to submit for approval to management.
Report construction expense performance regularly to management, including an annual report when submitting the coming year’s budget.
Facilitate the use of Auto CAD for construction design and work with government institute to solve issues timely.
Work closely with concerned Managers and Plant Managers that run the factory operation
Compile and prepare Post-portum Project Report
Perform related duties as assigned or as situations dictate.

Qualification:
Minimum of Degree graduate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Work Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in Construction or related fields
