Coordinate ,organize facility plan the general service activities of the company .
Assure every facility activity is exercised according to the policy and procedure and of the company .
Review and answer correspondence in relation to general service .
Assign and monitor the safety of the staff ,customer .
Communicate with stakeholder and government institutions regarding the security
Ensure the security , utility and facility systems are working properly .
Ensure transport , security and janitorial service of the company ,
Manage the insurance process of the company for vehicles ,machinery and other equipment as deemed necessary
Maintain vehicles history log book.
Organize and also ensure cost effective transport system is maintained for all staffs .
Undertake related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Under take periodical license renewal of the group companies
Properly follow-up companies utility payments are settled to the respected government bond
Follow-up lease contract agreements from the government are properly managed and prepare schedule of payments according to the contract
Properly follow-up annual vehicle circulation and permission renewed.
Record and schedule office rent payments are settled and liaise with land lords.

Job Requirement
TVET level III COC in Purchasing and Property Operations/ Transport Service Support Works or Diploma in management or accounting and 4 years in office management, facility management
