Assists the Human Resource and Admin manager in administrative tasks, coordinates schedules and meetings, and research tasks as the case may be. Manages and executes administrative, project, and executive support activities associated with the office of a core department.
Ensure an attractive, pleasant and neat reception area that is maintained at all times.
Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Responsible for the filing and use of documents in reception
Ensure that people consulting the reception files are properly identified and that all borrowed documents are returned to their original files
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Regularly update and maintain internal contact sheet.
Check for Phone, EVDO and Wi-Fi monthly bills and insure they are paid on a timely manner
Arrange flight booking and hotel reservation/accommodation for staff and guests
Reports payments for hotel accommodations and air flights to HRM
Organize workshops
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive and sort mail/deliveries/couriers
Arrange flight booking for staff and guests.Settle payment to the travel agent periodically.
Follow up the stationary acquisition through procurement processes on time.
Ensure printing paper and cartridge is ready for internal users in all printers
Ensure the functionality of common printers & photocopy
Assist on other secretarial activities
Perform other relevant duties as requested
Job Requirement
Competences
Computer skill in MS-Word, Ms-Excel, Outlook and other application
Typing skills, both in Amharic and English
Fluency in English and Amharic languages.

Education Qualifications and Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Management, Secretarial Science, Office Management or related fields.
