Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and re-directing their inquires as appropriate.
Informs Messenger about coffee/tea request. Serves refreshments to clients.
Receive, direct and relay telephone message and fax messages.
maintain cleanliness and presentably of the reception area, conference and interview rooms.
update and maintain conference and interview room reservations.
Ensures cleanliness of conference room I and II (chairs, water on table).
pick up and deliver the mail, including reviewing cv’s being dropped off by potential candidates.
provide word-processing and secretarial support to the HR services head.
provide support to the HR services team as instructed by the supervisor.
Organizes availability of transportation for internal staff and guests
Clerical activities such as scanning of documents, copies etc.
Support of HR Business Team in scheduling candidates on the phone for interview
Job Requirement
Qualification:
College/Diploma or Univeristy graduate with specialisation in Business Administration, Management or Marketing
Ideally 2-3 years experience in office management or as receptionist
Option: Fresh Graduate with interest to work in an HR organization
Good communication skills in English and Amharic
High Customer orientation
Likes to support other teams and colleagues
Core Competencies
Excellent Communicator and customer handling skills.
Professionalism in communicating with calling costumers.
Detail oriented and self starter.
