The HR Business service department is the core of the business. It function is to increase income, maintains industry leadership and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain client relations, coordinate and supervise Ethiojobs subscriptions, Recruitment Projects, HR Consulting projects, training and personnel management
Manage order processing and assigning within the team
Dealing and negotiating with potential clients on the services.
Project management and recruitment of senior positions including interviewing, reporting, assessment center development and HR consulting (may be as well outsourced to external consultants)
Supervise and train management trainees and junior staff members.
Budget responsibility of Ethiojobs, Recruitment and Personnel Management Income.
Functionally and direct lead of the staff in the team and ensure service quality.
Weekly and monthly reporting and Meeting to/with the HR Service Department manager and Operations Manager.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, International Management, Engineering or Finance (no specific field required)
Min. 5 years experience in leading (recruitment projects) within an international corporate environment, experience in handling key accounts and complex project management
Min. 2 years experience in leading a team
High interest in HR issues, online recruitment, new recruitment trends, key account management and client satisfaction
Very good communication skills in English and Amharic
Strong in establishing and maintaining client relations with international and national key clients
Fast thinker, delivering on time and thinks ahead to support client best
