Habesha is looking for a Maintenance Reliability Manager, Packaging (Duty Station: Debre Birhan)
The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the post holder will lead maintenance execution in the packaging department and will be heavily involved in the training and development of Mechanical Technicians for optimal maintenance execution. And will also be responsible for Spare Parts requirements in the Packaging Department.
The Person:
This role is positioned at professional level and requires an experienced Maintenance Practitioner, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. University level degree in Mechanical Engineering. and/or equivalent work experience. Ideally 5 plus years in a similar role of which two years in bottling company with very good maintenance execution and spare part requirement specification ability.
