Coordinate & facilitate fair selection of beneficiaries and ensure entire satisfaction of them on the support
Experience working with BOFED, TVET Bureau and TVET Colleges
Ensure implementation and maintaining quality and consistency of technical standards /Norms/ of TVET trainings.
Successful implementation of all stages of the project’s cycle, including M&E, budget and procurement management.
Adhering to PIN, government and donors’ policies.
Internal and external reporting
Ensure an excellent working relationship with partners, local government and communities
Coordinate and build the capacity of field coordinator and/or officers
Makes sure that project is implemented as per the project document, time plan and other relevant documents
Makes sure that the implemented activities are coordinated with partners
Follows all internal procedures for project implementation, procurement, etc.
Reports to relevant Project manager
Supervises and manages the project team
Collects the data from implementation
Monitoring the overall development of the situation in affected areas and suggest the way forward
Job Requirement
Minimum BA degree in International development, Sociology, TVET Education Management, Business Management, Economics and other related fields of studies.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the sector and minimum 4 years’ experience in project management in INGOs
Experience in working with TVET institutions, MSE establishment and development, MFIs, value chain and livelihood is advantageous
Experience of managing teams, strong coordination skills
Strong experience with PCM, ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written communication skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English.
