Site Field Engineers and Site Project Controls Engineer (scheduler)
Responsibilities:
Ensures productivity of contractors and contractors’ personnel
Monitors, verifies and reports scope of works, progress, productivity, time schedule and costs of civil works or installation packages Specific tasks
Prepares and reviews contractual correspondence
Verifies contractors’ reports and invoices
Endorses contractors’ requests for change-to-the-works orders
Prepares and maintains reports in regards to scope of works, progress, productivity, time schedule, costs-to-date, costs-to-complete and change-to-the-works orders in accordance with the requirements of the Site Contract Manager and the Project Controls Engineer
Prepares and maintains a change-to-works order list
Audits time&material contractors
Prepares documentation for substantiation and defense of claims
Reports to: Civil Site Manager or Installation Manager

Job Requirement
Experience:
Adequate education
4 years professional experience as quantity surveyor of large or medium size EPC projects
2 years professional experience on sites in Europe, Canada, USA, England, Australia or New Zealand or companies based in those countries.
3 year professional experience in execution of time&material contracts of > 5 MUSD volume
