Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, marketing OR related field of studies.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, across wholesale and retail, with good Route To Market Knowledge. At least 3 years managerial work experience in sales and distribution team with Sales & revenue target responsibility. Preferred if have a solid understanding of the retailers market; brands, operations, companies and technologies.

· Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.
· Solid understanding of retail space and FMCG operating issues.
· Fluent in Amharic and English. Other local languages a plus.
· Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performing sales team.

· Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
· Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage the business and P&L to meet objectives.
