Job Summary
The purpose of the Lead Woreda Extension Facilitator(LWEF) position is to provide overall leadership, coordination and supervision of Livelihood for Resilience project interventions and staff in the Woreda. He/she ensures Government and ASE’s Project implementation; monitoring, evaluation guidelines and plans are followed in the Woredas to effectively contribute to the achievement of project results and ASE’s strategic objectives to address underlying causes of poverty and food insecurity. He/she will be responsible for following- up on training aiming at supporting woreda-level decentralization and local governance such as operational planning, targeting, resource mobilization, gender, community-based action planning, preparedness, early warning and policy advocacy. The LWEF also establishes and maintains effective working relationships with non-government partners working in the Woreda.

Education: BSc in Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, Rural Development, Natural
Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4 Years of BSc in related positions;
