We are seeking to recruit Programme Officer to support the delivery of British Council School Projects the post holder will have the following accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: · To provide the required support for the successful delivery of School Projects including Connecting Classrooms, World Voice and Book Aid. · To provide administrative, financial and logistical support to ensure the successful delivery of School Projects. · Working with the respective team, to ensure that all projects related procurement, contracting and payments are completed according to British Council procedures and client requirements. · To assist in the identification, assessment, reporting, and management of risks. · To help manage project budgets to corporate standards. · To help ensure that outcomes and impact are measured and reported according to corporate standards and client requirements · To assist in ensuring that projects are marketed to the highest standards in print (press, publications), digitally (websites, social media, TV, radio) and at events (conferences, workshops, meetings). · Assist with other administrative work as required. |
1st degree in Education and/or relevant similar field of study |
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Support the administration and delivering projects
- Support the establishment and development of Partnership work
